I was having headaches for weeks at a time, off and on for years. Not only was I suffering with headaches my family doctor had diagnosed Fibromyalgia. I had been going to the hospital at 2:00 a.m. for headaches, and taking migraine medication. Between the headaches and constant pain, I was forced to quit my job. There was no way physically that I could continue to do the things I wanted and needed to do. This not only affected my ability to work, but my ability to enjoy my family as well. Spending time with my family and going to support school events and sporting events was being limited. I decided to see if I could get any help from Dr. Ben. I had heard that he was different, so I decided to see if this might help. I am too young to have the limitations I was suffering from. I had been to chiropractors before, but never got these good results until seeing Dr. Ben. He spent a great deal of time with me during my first visit and took detailed x-rays. He told me he was trying to get to the root of my problems. He told me he didn't treat symptoms, but helped the body to heal itself.
Dr. Ben told me to expect some soreness due to my body moving into proper alignment. I'm glad he told me this, because I did feel sore and needed to rest after the first visit. It was strange because the adjustment was so gentle. I experienced improvements right away. I could see more improvement with each visit. When I started to feel better I tried not to come so often, and I could tell when I had gone too long without seeing Dr. Ben.
My headaches are gone, my neck feels less tense and my back feels so much better. I am now able to work a physical job again. My whole outlook on life itself has never been better. I would recommend Dr. Ben and the importance to keep your visits regular to see your results at there best.
